Job summary

Incyte Corporation in Pennsylvania seeks a Sr. Manager, Immunology Training Specialist to lead training for Dermatology sales teams.

The role involves designing curricula, delivering sessions, and partnering with Marketing, Field Sales, Medical, and other teams to support corporate strategy. You will coach Dermatology Therapeutic Specialists, manage multiple projects, and ensure training content passes Medical, Legal and Regulatory reviews, while maintaining an inclusive and collaborative

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Experience with small molecule or biologics preferred.
Strong organizational, project management and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with ability to coach others.
Willingness to travel up to 50-75% of the time.

Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between the field force and Home Office to identify and communicate training needs.
Facilitate live and virtual training sessions of varied sizes.
Design, develop and deliver training curriculum and content.
Partner with cross functional teams to build and provide training to support corporate strategy.
Lead and manage the New Hire Home Study process with schedules, coaching calls, assessments.
Collaborate with Dermatology Business Directors to conduct field rides and provide coaching.
