Job summary

Incyte seeks a Disease Area Lead to serve as the scientific and clinical expert within Commercial Learning & Development. You will translate complex disease data into field-ready learning experiences for the sales force, ensure content accuracy and regulatory compliance, and partner across Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Regulatory to optimize training outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
3–5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical science, clinical education, or related field.
Strong understanding of disease biology, treatment protocols, and oncology landscape.
Experience navigating MLR processes and pharmaceutical compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead disease state education with comprehensive curriculum covering biology, patient journey, and treatments.
Translate complex clinical information into clear, engaging learning content.
Deliver training via workshops, virtual sessions, onboarding, and regional meetings.
Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Regulatory to ensure compliant messaging.
Partner with Sales Training to integrate product information into curriculum.
Monitor learning impact and update materials based on data and market changes.
Travel up to 30–50% for field visits and training events.
