Job summary

Incyte Corporation is seeking a Sr. Manager, Immunology Training Specialist to lead the Sales and Management training for the Dermatology commercial organization.

The role involves developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs across regional and national teams. The position requires strong facilitation skills, ability to translate complex medical content for diverse audiences, and collaboration with Marketing, Field Sales, Medical, and Legal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in training roles is valued but not required.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between field force and Home Office to identify training needs.
• Learn and communicate complex medical materials.
• Plan and execute training for line extensions and launches.
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions of varied sizes.
• Coach Dermatology Therapeutic Specialists and manage learning outcomes.
• Coordinate training content development and vendor management.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support corporate strategy.
• Lead and manage New Hire Orientation and Home Study processes.
