Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; life sciences or related field preferred.
• Pharma/biotech or healthcare sales experience.
• Experience in dermatology, immunology, or complex specialty market.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
• Experience in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinking and fast-paced execution.
• Willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to achieve or exceed performance goals.
• Build meaningful, trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders.
• Educate customers on disease state, clinical data, product benefits, and appropriate use of Incyte therapies.
• Identify, prioritize, and engage key accounts and stakeholders across the territory.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the disease state, treatment landscape, and evolving guidelines.
• Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, and other internal stakeholders.
• Navigate patient access and reimbursement considerations within a complex specialty market.
• Operate with integrity and comply with company policies.
