Job summary

Incyte, a global biopharmaceutical company, is seeking an Immunology Therapeutic Specialist to support the launch of a first-in-class therapy for HS. You will collaborate with dermatology providers to improve patient outcomes and expand access to treatment options.

The role requires building relationships with dermatologists and key opinion leaders, delivering evidence-based clinical discussions, and navigating access and reimbursement challenges to help patients start and stay on therapy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven success in pharmaceutical, biotech, or specialty healthcare sales.
• Experience in competitive specialty markets and/or systemic biologics or oral JAK therapies with a track record of strong sales results.
• Cross‑functional experience partnering with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Marketing.
• Strong clinical selling skills with the ability to communicate complex scientific information.
• Ability to travel within territory; must reside in assigned geography. Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account plans to achieve sales goals and support a successful product launch.
• Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, key opinion leaders, academic centers, and large dermatology practices.
• Deliver compelling, evidence‑based clinical discussions on disease state, treatment guidelines, efficacy, safety, and patient management.
• Navigate complex access and reimbursement environments, collaborating with Market Access and Patient Services teams to help patients start and stay on therapy.
• Provide field insights and partner cross‑functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Access teams to drive business success.
