Job summary

Incyte, a global biopharmaceutical company, seeks an Immunology Therapeutic Specialist in the United States to lead dermatology-focused sales efforts for a first‑in‑class HS therapy.

You will build relationships with dermatology providers, discuss evidence‑based disease state and guidelines, and partner with Market Access and Medical Affairs to optimize patient access and therapy initiation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven success in pharmaceutical, biotech, or specialty healthcare sales.
• Experience in competitive specialty markets and/or systemic biologics or oral JAK therapies with a track record of strong sales results.
• Cross‑functional experience partnering with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Marketing.
• Strong clinical selling skills with the ability to communicate complex scientific information.
• Ability to travel within territory; must reside in assigned geography. Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account plans to achieve sales goals and support a successful product launch.
• Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, key opinion leaders, academic centers, and large dermatology practices.
• Deliver compelling, evidence‑based clinical discussions on disease state, treatment guidelines, efficacy, safety, and patient management.
• Navigate complex access and reimbursement environments, collaborating with Market Access and Patient Services teams to help patients start and stay on therapy.
• Provide field insights and partner cross‑functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Access teams to drive business success.
