Job summary

Incyte is seeking an Immunology Therapeutic Specialist to support a first‑in‑class HS therapy launch by partnering with dermatology providers to improve patient outcomes and expand access.

You will execute territory and account plans, build trusted relationships with dermatologists and academic centers, and deliver evidence‑based discussions on disease state, guidelines, efficacy, safety, and patient management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven success in pharmaceutical, biotech, or specialty healthcare sales.
• Experience in competitive specialty markets and/or systemic biologics or oral JAK therapies with a track record of strong sales results.
• Cross-functional experience partnering with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Marketing.
• Must be able to travel within territory and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account plans to achieve sales goals and support a successful product launch.
• Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, key opinion leaders, academic centers, and large dermatology practices.
• Deliver evidence-based clinical discussions on disease state, guidelines, efficacy, safety, and patient management.
• Navigate access and reimbursement environments, partnering with Market Access and Patient Services teams to help patients start and stay on therapy.
• Provide field insights and collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Access teams to drive business success.
