Job summary

Keenova is seeking an Immunology Sales Specialist to cover Alabama, focusing on Nephrology and autoimmune diseases. You will manage a defined territory, build relationships with physicians and KOLs, and develop strategic business plans to drive product adoption.

The role requires clinical selling skills, strong communication, and travel to designated sites. The base pay ranges from $91,000 to $130,000, with bonus eligibility; a Bachelor’s degree and nephrology experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years’ experience required in Nephrology.
• In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, will consider an Associate’s Degree with 5+ years, OR 7+ years in nephrology/pharmaceutical experience.
• Current territory knowledge highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed territory sales plan and expense plan goals by developing and implementing strategies specific to the territory.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted opinion leaders and physicians.
• Maintain an updated working knowledge of company products and disease states.
• Develop and manage a Territory Business Plan, plan call days/weeks, and prepare for all sales calls.
• Develop and implement programs within territory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Develop and/or maintain permanent customer records.
• Complete assigned administrative tasks in a timely, accurate, legible, and organized manner.
• Communicate a current, effective, and accurate sales presentation to customers.
• Present a professional sales image in all business matters.
• Carry out duties in compliance with regulations and Pharma guidelines; attend regional and national conferences.
