AbbVie Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of Regulatory Affairs US Advertising and Promotion for Immunology. The role leads cross-functional teams, sets strategy, and drives multidivisional initiatives to ensure compliant and effective promotions.

The position requires strong regulatory knowledge, communication skills, and experience in a matrix environment. Hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) across multiple US locations, including Florham Park, NJ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science is required; advanced degrees preferred (Master’s/PhD/PharmD).
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical experience for Associate Director; 5+ years with PharmD plus ad promo experience.

Responsabilités

• Set strategy and lead cross-functional therapeutic teams and multidivisional initiatives.
• Manage productivity metrics and budget planning within area of responsibility.
• Maintain communications with Medical, Marketing, Regulatory, Legal and Public Affairs counterparts.
