Responsibilities

• Capture and communicate regulatory policy changes impacting AbbVie’s interests.
• Represent department in trade associations and manage relationships with managers.
• Supervise regulatory staff ensuring advertising and promotion materials are compliant with CFR, FDA guidance, PhRMA principles, and related acts.
• Develop and guide implementation strategies for promotional activities.
• Train and mentor staff on regulatory requirements and SOPs.
