Job summary

Galderma in Syracuse, NY is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Immunology to drive sales of our dermatology portfolio with high-value accounts. You will promote Rx products, develop account plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize access and reimbursement.

Travel to customer sites is required; must have a strong track record in pharma sales and strategic selling. Position offers base salary $140,000-$150,000 plus commission, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five+ years outside sales experience with variable commission.
• 3+ years Pharmaceutical Sales in Dermatology or Medical Sales.
• 3+ years specialty or biologic sales and account management experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote Galderma Rx products and drive demand in high-value accounts.
• Develop and execute cross-functional account plans to penetrate key sites.
• Collaborate with market access and reimbursement teams to support patient access.
• Lead relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and external stakeholders.
• Organize field-based activities in compliance with company standards.
