Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an Associate Director to lead forecasting and analytics for its Immunology pipeline. You will partner with the Director to plan, execute, and deliver forecasting work that informs strategic decisions, lifecycle management, and financial processes.

You will coordinate across US Commercial, Finance, R&D, and global teams to build robust forecast models and deliver data-driven recommendations that shape portfolio strategy. A strong background in pharma analytics is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance required.
MBA or advanced STEM degree preferred.
7+ years forecasting, market analytics, or finance experience in pharma, biotech, or life sciences.
Experience building forecast models and conducting analyses for decision support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel experience.

Responsibilities

Integrate with PCS Directors to provide a data-driven view on asset value; lead forecasting efforts for specific therapeutic areas.
Plan market insights work to support forecasting insights with Marketing Analytics.
Develop and maintain forecast models to inform long-range planning and milestones.
Lead model updates and new forecast approaches.
Provide real-time decision support through cross-functional coordination across PCS and AbbVie partners.
Champion the PCS Mission and Leadership Attributes.
