Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an Associate Director, Finance - US Immunology Forecasting & Strategic Finance to lead forecasting and financial planning for Immunology. You will consolidate forecasts across Dermatology, Rheumatology, and future Immunology assets, partnering with multiple teams to drive consistent methodologies and insights.

You will influence decisions, support launches and portfolio assessments, and push for standardization and automation of forecasting, with senior leadership visibility.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Analytics, Mathematics/Statistics, Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or Marketing.
• 10+ years of analytics, forecasting, or FP&A experience.
• Strong analytical, technical, and presentation skills.
• Ability to triangulate diverse data sets to inform forecasts.
• Experience with forecasting for pharma or life sciences is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and consolidate Immunology sales forecasts for executive reviews.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate market trends into financial plans.
• Lead high-visibility forecasting initiatives and ad hoc analyses.
• Drive standardization and automation of forecasting processes.
• Prepare executive-ready materials for Immunology leadership.
