Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an Associate Director, Pipeline Commercialization & Strategy, to partner on forecasting and commercial analytics for AbbVie’s Immunology pipeline. You will develop forecasts for pipeline compounds and lifecycle projects, coordinating across PCS and AbbVie partners to support strategic decisions and financial processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• MBA or advanced STEM degree preferred.
• 7+ years forecasting, market analytics, or finance exp. in pharma/life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain forecast models for pipeline and lifecycle projects.
• Coordinate forecasting/analytics for strategic initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Provide data-driven insights to support long-range planning and decision making.
• Lead updates to model methodologies and new forecasting approaches.
• Collaborate with US Commercial, Finance, R&D, HEOR, and Marketing Analytics teams.
