Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Director of Immunology & Oncology Price Forecasting to lead GTN forecasting, planning, and reporting across major portfolios. You will manage a ~16‑person team, collaborate with Market Access, Government Pricing, Strategic Pricing, and Brand Finance, and deliver timely insights to Commercial and Finance leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• 12+ years in finance/accounting with cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to interact with senior management in a matrix organization.
• Strong analytical, planning and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint; effective written and verbal communication.
• Experience with forecasting, GTN, pricing and contracting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end price forecasting, planning and reporting for Immunology and Oncology portfolios.
• Own accuracy and consistency of GTN forecasts across cycles.
• Prepare and deliver product-level forecasts and materials for leadership reviews.
• Evaluate rebates, discounts, contracting assumptions and pricing scenarios.
• Translate forecast results into actionable business insights for execs.
• Provide timely financial leadership and decision support to senior management.
