Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive Finance and/or Accounting experience with leadership of teams and cross-functional processes.
• Ability to interact with senior management and work independently in a matrix organization.
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, planning and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end price forecasting, planning, and reporting for Immunology and Oncology portfolios across cycles.
• Own accuracy and consistency of portfolio price and GTN forecasts.
• Direct preparation and delivery of product-level forecasts and planning schedules.
• Evaluate rebates, discounts, contracting assumptions, and price scenarios; ensure alignment and documentation.
• Translate forecast results into actionable business insights for senior management.
• Provide timely financial leadership and decision support to executives and cross-functional partners.
• Deliver a clear price and GTN narrative tailored for executive audiences.
• Lead a 16-member team, including three direct reports, with scalable operating model.
