Responsibilities

• Own Immunology strategy for SP/ISP and affordability within the patient support program.
• Define strategic role of SP/ISP services across the patient journey to improve access, education and continuity.
• Translate brand objectives and patient/provider needs into service requirements and decision criteria.
• Partner with IAM and Patient Access to evaluate capabilities and inform recommendations.
• Shape affordability strategy including copay support and patient assistance programs.
• Ensure SP/ISP and affordability strategies integrate with hub, nursing, digital, and field-support experiences.
