You will translate patient needs into strategic requirements and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver enhanced services that improve access and continuity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in pharma/biotech, patient support, market access, or related roles.
• Experience shaping strategy for complex patient support programs and specialty products.
• Ability to translate insights into strategic requirements and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own immunology strategy for SP/ISP and affordability support across patient journey.
• Define strategic role of SP/ISP services to improve access, education, adherence, continuity.
• Translate brand objectives into service requirements and decision criteria for partners.
• Evaluate partner capabilities and inform strategic recommendations with IAM and Patient Access.
