Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an Associate Director of Finance for US Immunology Forecasting & Strategic Finance. This leader will drive consolidation, governance, and enhancement of Immunology revenue forecasts across brands, partnering with forecasting teams supporting Rinvoq, Skyrizi, Humira and future assets.

The role blends sales forecasting expertise with financial planning, requiring collaboration with Commercial Finance, Controllers, and senior leadership to standardize methodologies and deliver

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Operations or Marketing.
• Minimum of 10 years of analytics, forecasting, and/or FP&A experience.
• Strong Excel/PowerPoint and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to triangulate diverse data sets to inform forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Immunology sales forecasting and consolidation for executive reviews.
• Develop and consolidate forecasts for portfolio, launches, and lifecycle planning.
• Apply advanced methods including patient-flow and epidemiology-based models.
• Analyze performance vs forecasts and highlight risks and opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to translate market trends into financial implications.
• Drive standardization, automation, and executive-ready analyses.
• Support strategic initiatives and ad hoc analyses for leadership.
