Job summary

AbbVie in the United States seeks a US Immunology Sales Forecasting Manager for Skyrizi to lead consolidation, forecasting, and performance reporting across indications. You will partner with indication finance leads, Demand Planning, DHQ, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a holistic view of brand performance and drive high-quality forecasts.

This role requires strong Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics skills, with 8+ years in FP&A or forecasting, and experience in pharma forecasting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 8+ years combined analytics/forecasting/FP&A experience required.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to triangulate diverse data sets to inform forecasting.
• Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; SAP/BPC/Power BI preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical forecasting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead consolidation of Skyrizi Actuals, Plan, LBEs, and LRP with indication finance leads.
• Capture forecasting allocations (Pipeline, Other Sources, Unaudited) for the Skyrizi forecast.
• Support month-end close analyses and close commentary.
• Prepare the month-end Skyrizi Sales Package with insights and commentary for leadership.
• Liaise with Demand Planning on ending inventory analyses.
• Prepare sales reporting and KPIs for stakeholders.
• Liaise with DHQ for BPC submissions and system enhancements.
• Ensure timely submissions across forecasting systems.
• Identify opportunities to streamline forecasting consolidation.
• Lead or support projects to improve forecast quality and transparency.
