Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an Associate Director for Pipeline Forecasting & Strategy to partner on forecasting, analytics, and commercial planning for the Immunology pipeline. The role focuses on developing forecasts for pipeline assets and coordinating analytics across multiple stakeholders to support strategic decisions.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, a strong 7+ years in forecasting or analytics within life sciences, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• MBA or advanced STEM degree is preferred.
• 7+ years of forecasting, market analytics, or finance experience in pharma/biotech.
• Experience providing marketing analytics and forecasting for specialized therapies.
• Experience building forecast models and analyses for decision support.
• Ability to influence cross-functional decisions and communicate analytics.
• Self-motivated, able to manage multiple projects across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel experience.

Responsibilities

• Integrate with PCS Directors to provide data-driven value views for assets.
• Plan market insights work to support forecasting insights with marketing analytics.
• Develop and maintain forecast models for long-range planning and milestones.
• Lead design and implementation of model updates or new forecasting approaches.
• Provide real-time decision support via coordination across PCS and AbbVie partners.
