Job summary

Incyte is seeking an Immunology Therapeutic Specialist to join its Immunology team in the United States. You will develop a strategic territory plan, build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, and educate clinicians on disease state, data, product benefits, and appropriate use of Incyte therapies.

You will collaborate across Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services to support patient access and education, navigate reimbursement, and help drive performance while acting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Strong pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or specialty sales experience.
• Experience in dermatology, immunology, specialty biologics, or another complex specialty market preferred.
• Excellent clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
• Success in a matrixed organization with complex selling environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinking, adaptability, and execution in fast-paced settings.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to achieve or exceed performance goals.
• Build meaningful, trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders.
• Educate customers on disease state, clinical data, product benefits, and appropriate use of Incyte therapies.
• Identify, prioritize, and engage key accounts and stakeholders across the territory.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the disease state, treatment landscape, competitive environment, and evolving treatment guidelines.
• Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, and other internal stakeholders to support customers and patients.
• Effectively navigate patient access and reimbursement considerations within a complex specialty market.
• Operate with the highest level of integrity and ensure all activities comply with policies and compliance guidelines.
