Job summary

Lilly, headquartered in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a highly motivated scientist for the Immunology Discovery Research group. You will design and validate immune cell–based assays using human, monkey, and mouse lymphocytes to support novel therapeutics for future clinical testing.

The candidate will work in a collaborative environment under a Ph.D. senior scientist, with opportunities to develop advanced techniques and contribute to publication-quality data.

Qualifications

• Immunology and molecular biology research experience.
• Experience with high-parameter multi-color flow cytometry is desirable.
• Ability to work in a US-based, full-time role with work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and validate immunology cell-based functional assays.
• Deliver preclinical data to support novel therapeutics for clinical testing.
• Investigate mechanism of action of biologics and small molecules.
• Independently design and execute experiments and present data.
