Job summary

Variety Care Inc. seeks an Immunization Coordinator to oversee immunization operations, ensure inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, and proper documentation within the clinic. The role supports safe, high‑quality patient care and helps maintain EMR/OSIIS data integrity.

The position requires CPR certification within 90 days, experience across multiple service lines, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while following HIPAA and internal policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Medical Assistant Certification or equivalent experience preferred.
• Must complete and pass CPR within 90 days of employment.
• Experience across more than one service line and independently manage clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the clinic resource for immunization workflows, standards, and compliance.
• Manage immunization inventory, including ordering, receiving, storage, and reconciliation with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate immunization documentation in OSIIS and the EMR; ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Prepare and submit immunization reports and documentation to appropriate agencies.
• Administer immunizations under provider direction and review VIS材料 and educate patients.
• Monitor vaccine storage conditions and temperature logs; escalate variances as needed.
• Support clinic readiness for immunization services through supply management and workflow coordination.
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and team members in a culturally sensitive manner.
