Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Medical Assistant Certification or 1+ year experience.
• Experience across multiple service lines and independently manage workflows.
• Proficient in Medical Assistant core competencies.
• CPR training within 90 days of employment.
• Travel up to 15% within state.
• Proficient data entry and typing.
• Knowledge of point-of-care testing instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Independently performs clinical intake duties and manages workflows with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates proficiency across multiple service lines as assigned.
• Records patient information in the EMR accurately and timely.
• Administers immunizations under provider direction with proper documentation.
• Collects and processes specimens per protocols and quality standards.
• Implements clinical policies to support safety and efficiency.
• Uses EMR to support clinic flow and care delivery.
