Job summary

The South Carolina Department of Public Health seeks a Vaccine Provider Operations professional to support Immunization Operations. Under supervision, you will manage provider enrollment, site visits, vaccine orders, and IIS testing, while analyzing data and guiding providers on VFC/IQIP related tasks.

Strong Excel and public health experience are preferred. Occasional travel and collaboration with GIS teams are part of the role, with a potential hybrid work arrangement after probation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and relevant program experience.
• Experience in Public Health, the Vaccines for Children Program, or program coordination preferred.
• Strong data handling and reporting abilities with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor provider site visits, enrollment, recertification, and vaccine orders.
• Analyze provider enrollment and vaccine data; pull coverage reports using Excel.
• Provide IIS testing support and vaccine management system guidance.
• Offer technical assistance to vaccine providers and participate in trainings.
• Assist with data validation, reporting, and cross-team process improvements.
• Travel as required and support Vaccine Provider Operations team as needed.
