Job summary

GSK is seeking an Immunization Specialist to engage healthcare providers and drive vaccine uptake across adult customers in the Beckley, WV area. The role emphasizes scientific fluency, effective communication of clinical value, and strong customer engagement with a focus on vaccination goals.

You will report to Vaccine Sales leadership and work with Vaccine Account Managers to ensure compliant, high-quality execution and CRM documentation, while meeting territory sales and immunization targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business or pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Ability to travel locally and regionally as required for customer engagement. Occasional overnights and weekend travel.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive (essential function of this role).
• The selected candidate will be hired at the appropriate level based on experience: Immunization Specialist (grade 8) or Senior Immunization Specialist (grade 7).

Responsibilities

• Drive HCP demand and communicate product value to internal medicine, family practice and health departments.
• Tailor engagement strategies to local practice dynamics and customer needs; support vaccination uptake.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant execution and address barriers to vaccine access.
