Qualifications

• Residence within commutable distance from Harrisburg, PA.
• GC & USC visa eligibility.
• Ability to manually merge, separate, and resolve duplicate or comingled immunization records.
• Ability to process immunization record and change requests.
• Ability to provide hotline support and communicate via phone and email.
• Ability to maintain security and confidentiality of PIERS data.
• Ability to collaborate with registry and IIS staff.
• Ability to develop, update, and maintain standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual record deduplication by identifying and resolving duplicate patient demographic and vaccination records.
• Manually merge immunization records in PIERS possible duplicate case queues.
• Merge duplicate records identified by providers and separate comingled or incorrectly merged records.
• Resolve patient-record data discrepancies and identify trends in duplicate-record creation.
• Suggest improvements to IIS matching and merging processes.
• Develop, update, and maintain standard operating procedures with registry and IIS staff.
• Process immunization record requests and change requests from the public.
• Provide PIERS hotline support and communicate with the public by phone and email.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of PIERS data.
• Communicate and collaborate with IIS staff to resolve duplicate and comingled records.
• Assist with other related tasks and duties as necessary.
