Georgia Tech's Stamps Health Services in Atlanta, GA seeks an Immunization Processing Coordinator to manage immunization records in coordination with the clinical team and ensure regulatory compliance.
The role includes reviewing lab results, scheduling notices and appointments, and assisting providers with patient care related to immunizations. This is a non-supervisory position requiring 2–3 years of related experience and a technical diploma or associate degree.
Leads immunization processing and coordination for all incoming students within Stamps Health Services (SHS), in accordance with SHS, Institute and state/federal regulatory requirements ensuring compliance. The position regularly interacts with faculty, staff and students, advising and counseling them as needed. There is no supervisory component.
Educational Requirements: Technical Diploma, Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Experience: Two to three years of job related experience.
SKILLS: Interpersonal skills, basic computer and word processing skills including email.

Salary range: $20.40-$21.22 per hour
