Douglas County (NE) seeks a Nurse Supervisor to direct the STI and Immunization program and guide clinic teams in achieving established goals. You will collaborate with staff, subcontractors, and volunteers to ensure quality public health services and compliance with policies.

The role requires RN/NP licensure in Nebraska, a Bachelor’s degree, and experience in immunizations, supervisory duties, and EHR usage. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, Public Health Administration, Health Care Administration or Management required.
• Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner with Nebraska license (or compact state) at hire and maintained in good standing.
• Two years of MSOffice experience required.
• Two years of immunizations and/or sexual health experience preferred.
• One year of supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
• One year experience using an electronic health record preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and monitor operations and program activities of the STI and Immunization program.
• Provide technical assistance to clinic staff, subcontractors, temporary staff and volunteers to achieve program goals.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, County staff, officials, attorneys, law enforcement and the public.
