You will assess patients, initiate orders, administer medications, develop interdisciplinary care plans, document in EMR, mentor coworkers, and respond to emergencies while maintaining privacy and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or diploma in nursing from an accredited program.
• Nebraska RN license in good standing.
• BSN preferred.
• CPR certification within 3 months of hire.
• Driver's license required.
• Pre-employment background check.

Responsabilités

• Supervise nursing staff and oversee patient care per physician orders and standards.
• Assess patients, initiate orders, and administer medications.
• Document assessments and care in medical records.
• Coordinate with teams and external partners to ensure quality care.
• Mentor and orient staff; promote a positive work environment.
