Fragomen, the leading global immigration law firm, seeks a Business Immigration Associate in Los Angeles to work with a diverse, collaborative team and advise clients on complex immigration matters. You will build and maintain client relationships, formulate strategies, supervise junior staff, support proposals and marketing efforts, and help drive quality, efficiency, and growth across matters.

A U.S. JD or LLM and membership in a U.S.

Qualifikationen

• U.S. JD or LLM required.
• Member of a US State bar or Washington DC bar association.
• 5-8 years of experience at Associate level.
• Comprehensive knowledge of immigration law.
• Prior team management experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Dedication to exceptional client service.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demands.

Aufgaben

• Build, strengthen, and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders in client accounts, as well as Partners and other relevant stakeholders.
• Formulate immigration strategies for intricate matters and present well-structured arguments.
• Provide counsel to clients at middle and senior management levels.
• Acquire in-depth expertise in sector-specific issues and apply knowledge to client scenarios.
• Supervise Associates and other staff, offering mentoring and performance guidance.
• Lead continuous improvement to enhance quality, efficiency, and standardization of processes.
