Job summary

BAL is seeking an Immigration Consultant at an early-to-mid-career level to support high‑volume immigration casework and deliver day‑to‑day client service. Reporting to an Associate or Senior Associate, the role focuses on case production, routine client communication, and developing procedural expertise across immigration processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 0–5 years immigration experience
• Ability to perform essential duties in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail in all documentation and filings
• Comfort with using case management systems and dashboards

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for routine client communications and inquiries.
• Manage case production including initiating, assessing, preparing, assembling, and filing high-volume immigration filings.
• Perform administrative duties such as scanning and filing supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate case records and data integrity across systems.
• Utilize reports and dashboards to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Draft forms and supporting letters for various immigration petitions.
• Coordinate with government agencies to track status and deadlines.
• Support ongoing learning and process improvements within the team.
