BI Incorporated is seeking an ISAP Program Manager I to oversee operations and finances for an Intensive Supervision Appearance Program office, ensuring compliance with DHS/ICE contracts and coordinating with community partners. The role requires strong leadership and reporting skills, with a focus on program efficacy and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required. Degree in Sociology, Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, development, implementation, monitoring and supervision of ISAP programs, services and staff.
• Direct and manage all employees assigned to an ISAP office, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensure contractual obligations are met and prepare timely status reports on program operations.
• Develop strategies and action plans to meet operational and financial objectives.
• Serve as the liaison with DHS/ICE and community-based organizations, providing regular reports and updates.
