Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and file end-to-end applications for family-based immigration, citizenship/naturalization, and E-visas (E-1/E-2).
  • Draft forms, client statements, support letters, and index comprehensive evidence packets.
  • Communicate directly with clients to gather documentation and provide clear case updates.
  • Maintain case management systems, track deadlines, and proactively resolve file bottlenecks.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an immigration paralegal, with strong proficiency in family, citizenship, and E-visa cases.
  • Work Style: High degree of autonomy, proactive problem-solver, and detail-oriented.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (required); Italian proficiency is strongly preferred.
  • Tech Skills: Experience with immigration case management software (e.g., Docketwise, INSZoom, LawLogix) and Google workspace
