The Senior Business Immigration Paralegal serves as a key client-facing resource, managing complex employment-based immigration matters from case intake through filing and case completion. This role partners closely with clients and foreign nationals to develop case strategies, prepare petitions and applications, resolve case issues, and ensure compliance with immigration requirements. The position requires strong technical immigration knowledge, effective case management skills, a commitment to client service excellence, and the ability to contribute to team productivity and process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage employment-based immigration cases, including case intake, strategy development, document analysis, and preparation of petitions, applications, and supporting documentation.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and foreign nationals, providing case updates, troubleshooting issues, and addressing procedural questions.
• Monitor case progress using case management and billing systems, oversee workloads, run reports, and assist with case reviews and billing approvals.
• Identify process improvements, support team training and onboarding, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance client service and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of business immigration paralegal experience with strong knowledge of employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa processes.
• Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines, deliver exceptional client service, and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Compensation:

$24 - $26/hour
