Job summary

Leeds Professional Resources is seeking a detail-oriented Business Immigration Paralegal to support attorneys in preparing and filing immigration petitions and applications. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will conduct legal research using Lexis-Nexis, interview clients for case documentation, draft briefs and motions, and maintain organized case files with deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Paralegal studies degree or related field preferred.
  • Experience in immigration law is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with Lexis-Nexis for legal research.
  • Strong writing and interviewing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and in a team.
