Beacon Hill is looking for an immigration paralegal to work at a law firm in Columbus, OH. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and filing petitions for nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, including H-1B, L-1, E-1/E-2, O-1, TN, J-1, and PERM applications, with attention to detail and documentation gathering.

The candidate will manage client calendars, communicate status updates, and prepare correspondences for procedural matters.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and file various petitions including H-1B, L-1, E-1/E-2, O-1, TN, J-1 and other nonimmigrant visa petitions, PERM applications, immigrant visa petitions, and adjustment of status applications.
• Gather facts and documentation in support of petitions.
• Review files for status and maintain/organize client matters and calendars.
• Draft correspondence regarding procedural matters, status updates, and letters in support of petitions.
• Interact with government agencies, including the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
• Perform legal research and analysis.
