FBT Gibbons LLP is seeking an Immigration Paralegal to support employment-based immigration matters for corporate clients in a collaborative law firm environment. The ideal candidate has strong immigration experience, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple matters efficiently while supporting attorneys and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience supporting employment-based immigration matters.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies or related field with qualifying credentials.
• Strong research skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and file employment-based immigration petitions (H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, O-1, PERM, I-140, I-485).
• Draft and review immigration documents (support letters, job descriptions, audit files).
• Manage case timelines and monitor filings with USCIS/DOL/DOS.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and beneficiaries to collect documentation.
• Maintain case files and upload to the case management system.
• Track deadlines like visa expirations, RFEs, priority dates, and PERM timelines.
• Assist with responses to RFEs and government inquiries.
• Communicate case status to clients and respond promptly.
• Record time worked in the time/billing system.
