Job summary

Sintig Solis Law Firm is seeking an experienced immigration paralegal to join its team. The role focuses on managing USCIS cases from intake through filing, with EOIR experience considered a strong plus.

The ideal candidate will handle client intakes, gather documents, and file petitions accurately while maintaining organized case files. The position is in-office, Monday to Friday, with a pay range of $18.00–$23.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on USCIS immigration paralegal experience required.
• Experience independently preparing complete USCIS filing packets from start to finish.
• EOIR immigration experience is a strong plus.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).

Position Details
