Job summary

Siderman Law is seeking an Immigration Court Paralegal to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish/English), highly organized, and punctual, with at least 2 years of immigration court experience handling Master and Individual hearings.

You will manage calendars, prepare EOIR filings, and assist with USCIS applications including family-based petitions and waivers. Responsibilities include calendar management, filing, and maintaining a robust client database while ensuring

Responsibilities

• Automate calendaring of hearings and deadlines for cases before EOIR.
• Prepare and file immigration forms and petitions with EOIR/USCIS.
• Maintain organized client database and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and court personnel to ensure timely submissions.

Responsibilities:
