Qualifications

  • Must be able to speak, read, and write Spanish fluently.
  • 3+ years of immigration experience required; 3–5+ years preferred.
  • USCIS and EOIR case management knowledge in immigration law.
  • Ability to take initiative and problem solve.
  • Organize and prioritize workload with software tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent phone skills.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of business
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to type at least 45 wpm.

Responsibilities

  • Explain immigration process and requirements to clients.

We are seeking a Spanish Immigration Paralegal individual who is passionate, talented, and has at least 3 or more years of immigration law experience in USCIS family based immigration and EOIR deportation defense case management. Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
