Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) required.
• Minimum 2 years as an immigration paralegal with EOIR/USCIS experience.
• Strong knowledge of immigration forms, procedures, and deadlines.
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with clients, attorneys, and government agencies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software (Clio, INSZoom, etc.).

Responsibilities

Position Overview

We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) immigration paralegal with experience handling cases before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about helping individuals in immigration matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documents with EOIR and USCIS.
