CyberCoders in Pittsburgh seeks an experienced Immigration Paralegal to provide high-level support to the Immigration Law Practice Group. The role involves handling temporary work authorization categories, PERM labor certification, and employment-based immigrant petitions.

The candidate will manage case work, document preparation, and process management in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, coordinating with clients and government agencies to ensure timely filings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience as an immigration paralegal.
• Strong knowledge of USCIS, DOL, and related immigration procedures and forms.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, file, and manage petitions and supporting documentation for temporary work authorization categories.
• Manage PERM labor certification processes, including recruitment, PWD, and audit responses.
• Prepare employment-based immigrant petitions (EB-1/EB-2/EB-3), I-485, and consular processing.
