Job summary

Littler Immigration Paralegal role supports employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant matters, including H-1B, L-1, O-1 petitions, PERM, I-140s, I-485s, DS-160s, and related family-based petitions. Hybrid work requires in-office 3 days weekly, with initial 6–8 weeks on-site training.

Position can be based in Atlanta, GA, Miami, FL, or Washington, DC, with a focus on precise case management and coordination with attorneys and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of corporate immigration experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and immigration case management software.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong substantive understanding of legal requirements for business immigration filings.

Responsibilities

• Initiate cases based on instructions from attorney and/or client and assess eligibility and issues.
• Prepare immigration forms and supporting documents for government agencies.
• Coordinate with providers for translations and document evaluations; manage PERM ads and filing.
• Assist attorneys with responses to requests for evidence or audits; draft letters.
• Case management to progress matters through processing timelines and extensions.
• Update foreign national information in INS Zoom and record tasks.
