  • Substantial writing and research for employment-based filings (O-1, L-1, EB-1, H-1B).
  • Drafting waiver applications and RFEs for attorney review.
  • Assisting attorneys with determining case strategy.
  • Managing a large volume of clients and tracking filing status and required documents.
  • Gathering relevant documentation from clients.
  • Reviewing extensive case documentation.
  • Assisting attorneys with legal research.
  • Assembling and organizing filings with government agencies.
  • Drafting legal correspondence to government agencies and clients for attorney review.
  • Preparing forms for government agencies and maintaining fully paperless file copies.
