Baker Donelson is seeking an Immigration Paralegal to support attorneys with written research for employment-based filings, including O-1, L-1, EB-1, and H-1B matters. You will draft waiver applications, organize case files, and prepare filings for government agencies under attorney review.
The role requires strong organizational, written communication, and confidentiality skills, with the ability to work with foreign nationals and to travel as needed in a small-to-mid jurisdiction.

SUMMARY: Under general supervision and according to Firm policies and procedures, performs a variety of duties to assist attorneys to whom assigned. Maintains positive contact with clients and observes confidentiality of client matters. Organizes and maintains case files, pleadings, and other documents and attorney notebooks. Summarizes articles, reports, witness statements and depositions.
Candidates should possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication (oral and written) skills, including the willingness and ability to work directly with foreign nationals to gather information and documentation.
Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, extreme temperatures and the like.
