Responsibilities

• Substantial writing and research for employment-based filings (O-1, L-1, EB-1, H-1B).
• Draft waiver applications and RFEs for attorney review.
• Assist attorneys with case strategy and filing organization.
• Manage a large volume of clients and track filing status.
• Gather documentation from clients and review case materials.
• Conduct legal research and assemble filings for government agencies.
• Draft correspondence to agencies and clients; maintain paperless files.
