Ideal candidates have at least three years of immigration experience, strong research skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office. The role offers diverse matters across multiple U.S. offices.

• Proficient in MS Office and case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file employment-based immigration petitions and applications.
• Draft and review immigration-related documentation.
• Manage case timelines and monitor filing status with USCIS, DOL, and DOS.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and beneficiaries.
• Maintain case files and upload documents to the case management system.
• Record time entries accurately in the time and billing system.
