Job summary

Holland & Knight LLP in Nashville, TN is seeking a Paralegal to join our immigration practice. The Paralegal will support attorneys and practice groups by preparing legal documents, researching, and compiling data, and maintaining files, calendars and meetings.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of immigration experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certification a plus.
• 2–4 years of experience in immigration.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently to meet deadlines in fast-paced transactional environment.
• Excellent communication skills with all levels of staff, attorneys, management and clients.
• Analytical and critical thinking to make daily decisions.
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Familiar with immigration terminology and tasks.
